General provisions

  1. This Cookie Policy is a document regulating the rules and procedures for managing and administering Cookies on the Website User’s End Devices.
  2. The legal basis for this document is Art. 176 of the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended).

Definitions

The terms and abbreviations used in the Cookies Policy mean:

  3. Cookies – the so-called “Cookies” are IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website. These files usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  4. Website User – means a natural person who, by selecting the website address of the Website, browses its resources.
  5. Terminal device – a telecommunications device intended to be connected directly or indirectly to network termination points.

  1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

1. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: “session” ( session cookies ) and “fixed” ( persistent cookies ).
